Connecting with friends on REVOOLA can make mindfulness & body fitness even more enjoyable and worthwhile for all.

Adding friends to REVOOLA

Select ‘Friends’ from the main menu, then tap ‘Invite’ to select the option that best suits to invite friends – email/SMS/social media channels.

If your friends use the link you send them, then they will have an extra 30 days access and you’ll receive 30 days free access too. A win:win!

Create a group

Sometimes doing things regularly with a group is more fun, and can help you to commit to doing a class or activity. That’s why we’ve made it easy for you to create your own groups, so you can invite them to classes and scheduled events for the group.

To do this – select ‘Friends’ from the main menu bar. Tap ‘Your Groups’. Select ‘Create a Group’ at the top menu bar. Simply select the friends on REVOOLA that you’d like to join a group. Then create the group by naming it. You can then invite this group to join a class of your choice or challenge that you set.

Giving kudos to friends

This is about giving positive encouragement.

Giving kudos is about recognising your friends for the time and effort they have put into classes and activities.

You can do this by selecting ‘My Overview’ on the main menu, then tap ‘Friends’ in the top menu bar.

See their REVOOLA activities. Tap the thumb up icon to give them kudos. They’ll appreciate that you’ve recognised their efforts.

It’s so easy to invite others to join you in REVOOLA activities.

On the Start screen, select the activity within MIND Classes, BODY Classes or Open Workout.

Once selected, then tap ‘Schedule’ to book the activity.

Choose the day and time you’d like to do the class/activity then tap the ‘Invite’ button.

You can then select the friends that you’d like to join the activity.

Challenges

Taking part in a body fitness activity challenge can help motivate you to push harder and achieve more.

Setting up a challenge

On the Start screen, select the activity within MIND Classes, BODY Classes or Open Workout.

Once selected, then tap ‘Challenge’ in the top menu bar.
Then select the day and time you’d like to have the challenge.

Then tap the ‘Challenge’ button and select the friends you’d like to challenge.

Simply confirm [or cancel] the challenge to send an invitation to join the challenge.

My Overview

‘My Overview’ is a simple way to track the activities you have completed and saved, so that you can see the time and effort you have invested in you mindfulness and body fitness.

Tapping ‘My Overview’ in the main screen menu bar takes you to an overview of all your activity.

At the top menu, you can also select the same overview for Friends and Groups.

Open Workouts

There are times when you will just want to do your own exercise activity – walking – running – cycling – yoga – pilates – whatever you want.

That’s why we’ve made it easy and quick for you to connect to the exercise type you want and REVOOLA will measure and save it for you.

To do this, select ‘Start’ from the main menu.

Tap ‘Open Workouts’, then scroll through the options and select the one you want.

If you wearing a bluetooth heart rate monitor, REVOOLA will find it.

Just select it when options are presented to you, so you can be sure it’s yours and not someone close to you.

Then tap ‘Go’ to start the activity after a 5 second countdown.
